Incorrect Shipping Address

If you fill in the wrong customer shipping address, you should bear 99% of the liability. If you have used the wrong address contact us immediately as once your order has shipped we cannot change it.

Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled as long as they have not yet been shipped. Once an order has been shipped, it can not be cancel or modified anymore.

If you have opened an account with 12VCars.com, you can cancel your order by signing in to your account. The option to cancel an order will only be available up until it is shipped.

If you have not signed up for an account, please contact us sooner rather than later to cancel your order. If your order has already shipped by the time we see the communication from you, it will be too late to cancel the order.

Price Protection

If you purchase a product from 12VCars.com and our price for that product drops within 48 hours, you can claim a refund of the difference.
