All items listed on 12VCars.com are shipped from within the USA.
Orders are processed and shipped within 2 to 5 days from the date they are placed. Time in transit thereafter is usually another 7 to 14 days.
However, please note that 12VCars.com cannot guarantee that there will not be any delays in transit, nor can we accept any responsibility for any such delays.
We encourage you to contact us if you have not received your shipment within 21 days placing your order.
**Please ensure you provide the correct customer shipping address. If you fill in the wrong customer shipping address, you bear all of the liability. In case you have filled in the wrong address, please contact us immediately. We may be able to correct the address if your order has not shipped yet. If the order has shipped already, it is out of our control to be able to correct the address.
Returns & Refunds

If you receive a product from us with a fault or defect, you are entitled to a replacement or to return the product for a full refund. A return or replacement request must be submitted within 14 days from the time the customer received the order. Please follow our simple procedure to initiate a replacement or return.
Procedure
1. Write an email with a brief description of the fault or defect. Subject the email as “RETURN ORDER#”, replace ORDER# with your order number.
2. Take clear, high-definition photographs of the product where the fault or defect is clearly visible. Attach this picture with the above email.
3. Optionally, if possible, make a unboxing video when you first receive the product. This way you can produce indisputable evidence in case of any issues which may be disputable via photo evidence.
The information collected from this procedure will help us communicate your concerns directly with our suppliers so we can improve your experience for the future.
12VCars.com reserves the right to refuse initiating a refund on returned products if they are deemed to be in a used and non-returnable condition.
